First you have an experience. Then you attribute a meaning to that experience. Then you form a belief about the meaning you assigned. Then, based on the belief, you form thoughts, which lead to actions, and actions become your behaviour, and your behaviour becomes your personality. If this process works correctly, you have empowering beliefs built on sound foundations. However, if you have experiences to which you attribute a “shonky” meaning, and then go on to form a disempowering or limiting belief, and then you reinforce over and over, you can end up with a victim mentality or a poor me personality, or a not good enough belief, or addictive obsessive out of control behaviour. We can get to the root cause of those beliefs and upgrade you.
