UltraMarathon


Hi

Today i am doing an UltraMarathon. It starts in a few hours.

I have decided that I am doing really well and giving my best performance.

The thought technique i am taking with me is "No thought stands still".

I have set the intention that this time (I have done the same hiking event several times before) "is the easiest hike ever"

......because all the way I have my structured thinking techniques to make it "feel" easier for me.

I am always conscious of how my "body feels" while doing these events - but this time i am bringing my awareness and consciousness to what my "mind" is thinking and what i am "feeling", emotionally and energetically (not just physically which is where i have previously focused my attention).

That is all. I wrote this to clarify and set my intention for myself.
